BE KIND // Vancouverites ~ if you haven’t already, try out out @kindcafeyvr! The food is delicious, and they practice very low waste ~ they have loaner mugs if you want to take your hot drink to go & straws made out of rice noodles. Can’t wait to eat there again 🍪💖🥗

GREEN LOVE // had to throw back to this shot of the culver sisters back in the early days ~ 6 years ago. A lot has changed, but we continue to cook up beautiful plant forward food. Sarah is off this weekend to help develop the veg menu at a remote restaurant & Christina is working as a private chef. Hope you are all having a delightful summer! 🌿🌱💚
