Ingredients
In a salad you can expect to find any (but not all) of these ingredients:

dressings are made from scratch and vegan!
The rice bowl could have most of those same ingredients just without noodles or quinoa and with a large serving of brown rice. In office situations we're finding the rice bowl to be a good option for men who don't want to make friends with salad.
