HOW TO PURCHASE

We have made this easy for you. Choose a salad and click ADD TO CART. The item you have chosen will appear in your cart located at the top right of your screen. Remember you can pre-order up to a month in advance. To finalize your purchase, click "checkout" (at the bottom right hand side of your cart). Please make sure the items and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting "remove" or "edit" in your cart (bottom left hand side). Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment instructions to complete your order. You must order a minimum of two salads per delivery.

CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed entering your address (where you want the yummy salads delivered) and credit card information press "submit" and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and delivery address. Please print out this document and save it for your records if you want. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away.

PRICING

Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart includes delivery, but does not include taxes. Taxes will be added to your orders upon “checking out” . The final price (including applicable taxes) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.

PRIVACY POLICY

Culver City Salads is committed to maintaining your privacy and to providing a secure transaction environment. When you place an order, please be assured that we will not share, trade, rent, sell or release any of your information to any third party, business or individual. Your information will only be released as required by law in order to comply with a government or regulatory authority. Culver City Salads assumes if you place an order with us that you will accept monthly newsletters that include menu changes, new partnerships, promotions and improvements in becoming a fully sustainable company. If you wish to be removed from our list, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with “unsubscribe” indicated in the subject heading.

RETURN POLICY

At Culver City Salads we provide sufficient information that outlines our menu items, if you have any questions prior to purchasing a salad as well as our add-ons we would be happy to answer them. Simply email info@culvercitysalads or phone us at 778 846 3348.

We have an exchange-only policy. If you wish to exchange a menu item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You have received the wrong menu items - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order).
  • You have an allergy to one of our items and you weren’t made aware prior to ordering.

If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization form that must be filled out and sent back to us. Your return will not be accepted unless we receive this form. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You may only cancel your order via telephone 24hrs or more in advance as we try to maintain a no-waste policy. If the order has been processed and delivered, you cannot cancel.

Culver City Salads may cancel your order or part of your order if the menu item becomes sold out and is no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.

** All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.

Culver City Salads and/or its affiliates (“Culver City Salads”) offers this website and all information, software, products and services available from this website or offered as a part of or in conjunction with this website (collectively, the “Website”) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all of the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below, including the separately posted Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be removed without affecting any other provision and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable and construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of Culver City Salads Failure by Culver City Salads to enforce any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Culver City Salads with respect to use of the Website, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and/or proposals.
