When can you expect your salad?
Our delivery times are between 10:30A -1:00P. It all depends on where you are located and we ask that you understand that sometimes traffic can be difficult in the downtown core…especially at lunch time.
Is everything vegan and gluten free?
Yes.
What happened to your brown rice bowl?
We have removed the brown rice bowl from our menu. We encourage you to try our quinoa, gluten free rice noodles or grain free option.
Can I customize a salad?
If you have any allergies or super hates you can let us know and we will remove certain items, but we don’t customize each salad for everyone.
Why the minimum order?
We operated without a minimum order for the first year to get our name and delicious salads out for all of you. We have now implemented the two salad minimum to cover our delivery costs. We encourage you to tell a friend in your office or the office next to yours or order one for lunch and one for dinner.
For the minimum can I order one of each salad?
Yes. If you select one salad and then continue shopping you can move over to the other salad, select your other choice and both will be waiting for you at the checkout.
Can I cancel my order day of delivery?
No. Please email us with 24hrs notice.
Do you cater?
Yes. We offer a number of different options. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Do you deliver to Richmond (or Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam…)?
The short answer is no, but if the order is above 10 salads we can try our best to accommodate. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Can you deliver to Point Grey (or Marpole…)?
If you order 6 salads or more we will make our way to you. Please email [email protected] for more information.
